Barcelona, 14/11/2025 – Vallfirest, a leading company in the design, development and manufacturing of equipment and technology for wildland firefighting, announces a new strategic agreement with Heliswiss Ibérica, a company specialized in aircraft maintenance, MRO, leasing and equipment distribution, for the distribution and after-sales service of the Water Hog bucket in the EMEA region.
This agreement strengthens Vallfirest’s ability to provide fast product delivery supported by strong technical assistance and comprehensive after-sales service. Thanks to Heliswiss Ibérica’s deep knowledge of the aeronautical sector, combined with Vallfirest’s expertise in firefighting systems, aerial operators will benefit from the assurance and support they need for critical missions.
The Water Hog bucket is a key component of Vallfirest’s Aerial product line, designed to respond to the growing challenges of modern wildfires, characterized by higher intensity, faster spread and increasing logistical complexity.
Through this partnership, a consolidated distribution network is established across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the capacity to offer both rapid delivery and specialized technical assistance. This improves customer access to cutting-edge solutions, enhances the operational readiness of helicopters equipped with the Water Hog bucket and reinforces the shared mission of both companies: increasing safety, efficiency and effectiveness in wildland firefighting operations.
“We are very pleased to collaborate with Heliswiss Ibérica; their experience in the aeronautical sector and their presence in the EMEA market allow us to strengthen our value proposition for aerial operators,” said Javier Baena, CEO of Vallfirest.
For his part, Xavier Domingo, CEO of Heliswiss Ibérica, stated: “Our commitment is to offer customers complete support—from sales to maintenance—of Vallfirest equipment. We aim to ensure that Water Hog buckets are always available and operational, especially when every minute counts in wildfire response.”
