External elements:

The helmet is made of a single piece of ABS / PC, has front light system anchor clips, flashlight anchor, folding grid screen system. Likewise, hearing protectors, neck protectors, radio and video systems can be incorporated.

Internal elements:

The inner harness is made of EPS, multi-size design XS to XL. The function is to distribute the absorbed impacts. It has a roulette adjustment system together with breathable padded fabrics that make up a completely ergonomic and comfortable harness.

Simple and compact, the TIKKA headlamp offers 100 lumens output and a wide beam for proximity lighting and short trips. Its phosphorescent reflector is handy to find in the dark.

Forged steel head. Heat treated working ends produce fine grain structure and RC 45 to 55 (Rockwell hardness value) for safety, edge holding and toughness. The head of the handle is inserted into the handle and fixed with a serrated aluminum wedge, made of resistant, lightweight material and does not expand or contract depending on humidity or temperature. Troop Tool: Tool is a push-button adjustable angle shovel for scrapping line, digging, throwing dirt and mixing/chinking during mop-up. The tool combines features of the traditional military trenching shovel and the McLeod/Council rake. Composite steel shovel snap-locks onto the Universal Handle. Stows flat for travel and can serve as a safety staff for cross- country travel on steep and uneven ground. Takes the drudgery out of mop-up.

Its main characteristic is its versatility in all types of terrain, thanks to the combination of the most used tools in forest fire extinction in a single multi-functional cutting blade, without the need to transport different tools.

The modifications have been made with the aim of improving the balance, functions and useful life of the materials used.

The Gorgui has an aluminum alloy central head on which the different functions are oriented, which become replaceable.

The new Mc Leod has been designed with a larger working surface and a greater height to have more pulling capacity. This improvement is essential in respect to Gorgui 1, as now there is no any interaction between the functions of the Mc Leod and the hoe, like in the previous model.

Pulaski hoe, designed for more organic soil, features a greater cutting surface, but the most important change here is the new balance. Due to the new aluminum head the weight is balanced much better, especially at the moment you have to apply a centered force when cutting or digging.

Pulaski part, designed for stony and rooty areas, features a new angle of attack.

Unlike the version 1, we now have an inclination angle of 6º and a new balance, which improve cutting and digging work.

Rake part has now got stronger cutting blades.

You can see the new design and all the clearly-defined functions presented together in one level.

The last new feature is the handle. We have taken the ergonomic design of the USFS McLeod varying the diameter of the handle according to the section

The Troop Tool is currently one of the most versatile tools, thanks to its angular mechanism. Always combined with the Universal handle, it increases its versatility by choosing the most suitable tool for each situation.

It comes with two stainless screws to attach our tool heads to a green sapling at the fire if the universal handle is lost or unavailable. Blades are also replaceable if they wear down

Handle not included

The design includes high-visibility reflective strips on both sides and an all-new fixing system so it can be put on without having to take the helmet off as it features a double Velcro® system for use and rest and can be comfortably worn hanging from the neck when not being used.

With this universal handle each fire fighter now enjoys a range of versatility never before possible. The handle has a special cone collar that transfers stress to a wide oval mass of wood for great strength. The size and shape of the handle then distributes stress throughout the entire handle, rather than simply at the place where the metal meets the wood, as with traditional handles.

This is a lot more durable. There is a stainless steel, spring-loaded latching pin held in place by a stainless allen screw. The latching pin locks the handle to the various tool heads.

Vallfirest company has developed a pack of fire blankets adaptable to all sorts of light vehicles and trucks used for fire extinction works. This kit aims to reach the thermal insulation inside the vehicle cabin while it remains trapped in a forest fire.

This system is much more effective if it is used together with external sprinkler kits in order to avoid glass breakage, as well as with the respiration units inside the vehicle.

This model`s water drops are lightweight and their diameter is smaller in order to reach greater heat absorption.

When the water passes through the coupling and the stainless steel cylinder, it hits against the frontal cycloid-shaped shield, so that the small slot between the cylinder and the shield allows the stream to pour out, creating a protective shade of water.

The volume of water poured out and the formation of the shade of water depend directly on the water pressure. In this case, as we are working with a high-pressure and low-consumption nozzle, the optimal working pressure is between 20 and 22 bar with the consumption of 120 l/m.
